Description: Education Specialist, 5 years experience
Position located at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest Campus.
• Plan, implement and evaluate orientation and continuing education for all levels of clinical personnel.
• Facilitate professional development of staff.
• Provide leadership and facilitation to promote improved outcomes.

Position type: Full-time

Qualifications: Requirements:
• Master’s degree in nursing, education or in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years recent Critical Care clinical experience, plus teaching experience in the classroom and clinical setting.
• Current PA RN license.
• BLS Instructor (within 1 year).
